Passenger side foot well has a pass-through for cables. You go through the wheel well then into the engine bay. I know it sounds wierd, but that's how the factory does it. If you turn the wheels towards the drivers side then undo the wheel well liner you'll see the big rubber grommet.

I had to make baffles for the woofers and the tweeters to fit in the factory locations.
