Finally managed to get it just about done. everything is installed and sounds great even before tweaking. I somehow managed to push a t-nut into the enclosure so I'll have to fish that out and mount it again. What a PITA it is holding that heavy ass sub up to get the screws in. I do feel pretty good about doing that all by myself. The t-nut spoils it somewhat though.

Just need to do some cable management and get the carpet in.
