I had my first one at 21 for a DOT exam. I had no idea what was coming. Doc told me to drop-em and I thought it was the cough-cough test.... boy was I wrong. He said turn around and put a pillow under where my knees would fall. I know now why the pillow was there. Holy cow!

I didn't even get a hug!
