looking at those specs does seem like a good dollar buster amplifier for budget installls or is it just plain BUST!?

those are very good amps for the money. there was one tested in pas mag and it did near double its rated power iirc.. and it tested pretty well also. i used to sell ultimate stuff but they are pretty hard to come by in the usa..

I picked up a t2-1400 from him (800 @2), awhile back, no problems, and seems to put out the rated power.

It was supposed to be a demo but came sealed in the original plastic bag, and has full one year warranty.

Think I paid $ 90 Cdn. His prices are all in Cdn dollars so even better for you US people.

I have also been looking at these xterminator USamps amplifiers.......
so if you had the money(meaning anyone loking for a threfty effective amplifier) which line do you look at?
I realize that the XT line is us amps low end line but being Us amps has to say somethig.....and these would be used for those installs where people are not looking to spend 400-660 on amplifiers.....you know....those cheap customers/friends that we all have. they want this crazy system for under $500 installed.

yes i cant get them to upload for some reason.. i think i scanned them to large or at to high resolution. when i get home today ill re-scan them at a low setting.

basically the 1000 model made almost 1700 at 4ohms and near 2700 at 2 ohms!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and the guts are pretty damn beefy for the price of these things

Actually, I think the old Ultimate used to OEM for guys (including Harman). The sold off their aftermarket to concentrate on the OEM business. They might still supply whoever bought Ultimate now, but the people who used to own Ultimate (and who supplied Jensen versions of the amp) are no longer involved in ownership.
