One or two or ten of these, ice cold:
Stone Pale Ale(my favorite out of hundreds of beers from or in the country of origin which is around 30:)
Anyone of dozens of imports or micro brew domestics.

For me, the best thing in the world after a day in the heat is a tall, slim glass of chilled sparkling mineral water with no ice. I just love the cooling, prickly feeling as it goes down. I normally drink San Pellegrino or Gerolsteiner, whichever's cheaper when I'm running low, but lately I've been mostly buying Voss. I doubt if the water's any better, but I love the bottles!
Also, my Signature Summer Salad, which includes the following:
-Spinach + arigula, romaine, and iceberg lettuce.
-Diced apple
-Cherry tomatos
-Diced Vidalia onion
-Slices of red and yellow bell pepper
-Fresh mozzarella
-Grilled chicken, tuna, or salmon steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
-Pine nuts, finely chopped walnuts, or almond slivers
-Dressing of F. Url pumpkin seed oil (the French- and American- made ones are IMO not as good as the Austrian stuff, and F. Url is not quite as good as some of the small producers' products but the best that's somewhat available in the USA), balsamic vinegar, and a hint of Maagi, which is basically like soy sauce but made from wheat instead of soy. I usually get the Maagi (in restaurant-sized bottles, because I also use it on rice and in soups, maranades, and so on) and the Kürbiskernöl from www.southernseason.com in Chapel Hill, NC, although a local few international farmer's markets carry the oil occasionally and everybody these days carries little bottles of Maagi.

If I can find it fresh enough, a cold bottle of Bitburger. It reminds me of my several visits to my brother in germany. If not I'll settle for a Becks or St. Pauli Girl. Bass is nice too, and if I'm at the right place there's nothing I love more than a Black and Tan. Micro brews aren't the hottest trend where I live so I have to settle for the freshest commercial I can find.
I also can dig on the ice cold water thing... if it's too humid outside beer sometimes just makes it worse. I'm not too picky about what kind as long as it is cold enough to hurt my teeth.
I usually stick to fried balogny sandwiches. Its the only thing i can cook lol.
