Is there a decent sub enclosure modeling package that is free? I have heard of UniBox. Was just wondering if there was any others. Only have one box to build. Can't justify big dollars. Hate to pirate software if can be avoided.

I've always wondered the same thing (is there an intuitive free program?), and now more than ever I could use it. I am building a box for dual DIYMA 12s with a fiberglass upper portion and all kinds of crazy angles... anyone have a recommendation for a program to use for that? (and where to get it?)

thanks!

Fill the fiberglass part with water and convert ounces to CuIn, Geometry and a peice of paper for the wood part.

Well, that won't work for a few reasons: One I am building wood in the bottom of the box, and glass on top..with 2 big 12 inch holes. I do have packing peanuts though.

But, I wanted to get a rough estimate on size BEFORE I make it.

Good luck, I built the glass first, filled it, THEN made the wood to make the rest of the space.

Use the little styrofoam beans for bean bags as opposed to peanuts, will give you more accurate results.
