hi all,

I got another car and this time I'm doing the installation myself..
system is as signature

first off: sounddeadening of the spare wheel section (will the floor later when my dynamat arrive)

fibreglassing:

amp rack:

how it looks like in the boot:

now here I need opinion:
which is the best place for the subs:
this one (sub on each side):

or this:

I like the 1st one because it doesn't take too much space. Should I fire them to each other? or should I angle them and fire to the back seat?

The 2nd one probaby the best for SQ application (as I have read here) but a little problem is as you see the sample sub box sit overlap the amp racks. I can try minimise the depth so it doesn't sit overlap the amp racks and go for the width but it can only do around 1.09 cb ft. which is too small for 2 x12" aliantes

what do you guys think?

I don't have any subwoofer configuration comments, but the install looks good so far. You've given me a visual of what I was visualizing on how to start creating my false floor, thanks.

as far as appearance and trunk usefulness goes, I would put a sub on each side

I wouldn't think it would make a noticeable SQ difference (but don't quote me on that!)

yes sub on each side would look very nice. should I aim them to each other or angle them aiming to the back seats?

now another question is. I got a 4kg can of body filler and hardener. How do i apply them?

thanks for the site.

still confused though whether to angled forward them or not. I guess there isn't much difference in sound quality..is there?
