Help w/ crossover design

I would like some help designing a 2-way crossover for the BG Neo3 that is on sale and the Dayton RS180 4ohm version. The Dayton RS180-4 will be mounted in the factory door locations and the BG Neo3 will either be mounted next to the midbass or in the kick panels...

If some can design the circuit I can build it.... I just don't know enough about the designing stage.

Best bet is to contact Madisound. It'll be a textbook design, based on anechoic measurements but you could also work around that with an EQ.

If you just need filtering to protect the driver, I'd throw a cap and adjustable l-pad on the tweets and be done with it. I've done a few budget installs lately where I don't lowpass the sub or mid/bass, and they've turned out quite good.
