Well after how long I cant remember, I am finally done with part 1 of my new system! Although its a true accomplishment, I still need to make my sub box (2.4 cubes gross) for my DD Audio 3512 and the new amp rack to fit along the rear wall in the extra cab for the 3 DLS Ultimate amps. I am just happy I can see some fruits of my labour. They will hold a Dayton RS180 and either a Seas 27tdfc or a Dayton RS28 tweeter. (I have to audition them and its easy enough to swap them in and out since the mounting screws are on the outsides). The tweeter in the pic is the Seas 27.

I think there is something wrong with my Sounddomain account, I deleted a bunch of pics, and loaded new ones on there. When I posted the pics they were of the finished door pods, and now they reverted back to the ones I deleted...sometimes SD acts a bitch like that. I dont know when they go in cause this weekend I am flying to Europe for a business trip until May 7th. Then in the beginning of June, my wife and I are going to San Francisco for 2 weeks vacation...

All you need is some 4 way heat stretch vinyl, and a stapler to hold it down on the back edge until dry...Its actually very very easy to do...
