Just got my custom made amp rack/enclosure today from Mr. Marv. I designed it myself and relayed my blueprint to Marv and he took care of the rest. If you guys don't know Mr Marv, his work speaks for itself. He is an expert cabnet maker and makes subwoofer enclosures, baffles, etc in his spare time. His work is top notch and he is a hell of a guy to work with. All class. :D
This thing is nothing less than professional quality...can you say seemless...

The net volume is 1.25 cubes. On top is my A5 and A3 which actually share the same heatsink and fit end to end almost perfectly. The A5 runs Dyn MD100's and an Arc 12D4 and the A3 runs Lotus Ref mids. All active off an 8053. :)
I actually just put it in to test fit everything. Fit like a glove!! I would show you a picture of the rear of it but it's a horrible mess of wire right now  I will be straigtening that out and carpeting it soon.

sweet! Gotta give props to the P5!
...although I'm really glad my car came with leather. The stock cloth pattern is not my style at all.

looks good, i've got a p5 too. you should see the sound deadener install i did in it, check out my thread in the install gallery. i've always liked cloth more because it breathes and holds me in the turns, but leather always looks better, plus it does just feel nice.

Checked out your pics. Looks great!! How did it turn out??
I have done some deadening of my own so I know the pain of hauling all the interior out. I have about 120 ft^2 of synthetic carpet padding and about a half gallon of sludge on the driver and passenger doors and door panels. My panels probably weigh like 15 lbs a piece now...LOL....but, hey they don't rattle anymore!!!
Here are some pics of the rest of my madness:

That looks great. It looks like 1" MDF?

Thanks everyone. It's 1" MDF on the face and 3/4" for the rest.
I did not notice much of a difference in going from my previous enclosure with the Arc sub as that one was around 1.25 cubes also. With the shape of the new box and how it's positioned, it does seem to create more of a wall of sound throughout the cabin.

Thanks for the compliments and glad you like it John! (and everyone else) :) I may not be the quickest, I may lose you in my mess once in a while and I may ship your enclosure all the way across the country to the wrong guy (sorry about that Dave & Tom  ) but I do promise top notch quality when you finally get it! :D
npdang, I hope this is not inappropriate to post and if so please delete it and I will not post again. I just thought it would be easier to address here than in the ton of emails I get.
I have had a lot of inquiries about enclosures for the DIYMA and several of you want to use a temporary sub until they are ready. What we have done is to build the enclosure with the proper cutout and airspace required for the DIYMA. I then supply you with a second baffle cut to the size of the sub you want to use now (a 10" is what most are using). This baffle can be screwed to the enclosure using a foam gasket and then removed once you get your new sub. If you have a router available, I can glue it to the enclosure and you can use a flush trimming bit to to increase the size once you get the new sub.
