Rainbow I-paul 4.300 OR Imade Dynamics Q 450.4 Or Tru-Technology S44 ?

hello everyone.

im very new to this forum but i have been following this forum for ages now.
Have referred endlessly to the Tru Technology s44 thread and fell in love with the amps.
Now i have a dilemma on my hands.

The time for me to upgrade is here and i have a choice of these 3 amplifiers.

The Rainbow I-paul 4.300
Image Dynamics Q 450.4
Tru-Technology S44

Basically i need to get 2 x 4-channel amps . Am planning complete active setup for Hertz HSK 156 2-way components and hence i need 8 channels of amplification for the time being.
Also keep in mind that sometime in next couple of months i am getting 2 sets of Rainbow Profi CS 365 3-ways components.At the same time that i get my Rainbow Profi's , i will get a 3rd 4-channel amplifier as well for a total of 12 channels of active sound.
I currently have 2 Tru tech Active x/o's with me already so i dont have a problem running 3-way active for my Fronts and Backs.

Now the question is.. Which of these amps would you recommend ?
Will ultimately need to get 3 of them. So which of them shall it be ?
Hoping to get this matter sorted out ASAP guys. It feels horrible to have the $$ ready but just cant make up my mind. LOL

S44 or Billet475 ftw!!! although i'm biased towards TRU.

For amps, go for the one that gives you the power and processing you need. If all three of your choices have what you want, it is purely down to aesthetics.

Now on that issue, personally I would go for the ID amps, I love that chassis design.

Thats actually the problem. they all have plenty of power.. and from what i hear they all sound pretty good.
Now i think its going to land up being a race between ID and Tru-Tech hehehe.
Please keep your suggestions/opinions/views coming everyone. The more the merrier i say.

I have to make my decision quick !! and im pretty much relying on your advice guys !!

Well, you can go with TRU like you say you fell in love with, and there are a number of threads where guys have been loving them.

Ultimately, you can't go wrong with either choice. The only way you'll make a poor decision is if you get everything installed and fail to post pictures or reviews of the equipment you put in!

If they both work, then pick the best looking to you and don't look back!

Hey Tool Bro.

I would say keep the iPaul out. Its a good amp but to your taste its a race between ID and TRu.

Specs of both the amps are same. You love the TRu so stick to it. As both will produce similar results.

Rest for IDMax its 1200.1 dead sure

heheh i was expecting that !!
umm yeah i do agree that the amps are pretty well matched on paper .
On a lot of other forums people have been raving about the tru-tech's.
But i know ID as company and when they say these amps have balls i kinda tend to believe them and Matt@ID
my question is who's got bigger balls ?? even if they are ever so slightly bigger ?? LOL LOL

i vote is for the TRU's. I have Billets and I have the steels. The steels for the money are great amps they do what they are supposed to. I am very happy with them. I am using the s500's though.

Why ask peoples opinions? Which do you like? If they both serve your needs, whats the issue.

If you want an answer...get the ID's. Then take lots of pics and post a review here.

i just wanna know which ones will sound better .. thats all..
and why would they sound better?
For example who has a better layout , output stages , Op-amps , Power supply's , etc..
just want to make a educated buy thats about it.
On paper they both look very similar. But its about how they sound.

DOOD. That is an unanswerable question. "Sound better" is different to everyone. There is no solid answer to that and there never will be.

What i wanted to ask is basically purely based on hardware and amp design .. which one holds the edge ? or which one has better grade components.. etc
Dont know much about Amp Design or the components in the amps and thats why i was asking.
The answer to that question should be my choice i think
