Wheres a cheap place to get some reasonable quality spades from?
I need them for the 4g power and ground and the 14g speaker wire on the ARC XXK amps I will be installing? Do I need to get them from ARC? |

I did look at that but last time I had a amp with that type of connector I had to mess around to get them to fit. IIRC the ring terminals were to wide and I had to do a bunch of filing and any of my 4g terminals would never fit |

They have spade terminals for 4gauge power and ground at bestbuy for like 4 bucks for a pack of 4. Or, if you have the ring terminal that some wires come with, you can just fabricate them into spade terminals.
I actually just did that 5 minutes ago. Cadence amps require spade terminals as well, and I had a friend fabricate me some ring terminals into spades. This works if you happen to have ring terminals laying around, and a good way to save money. |
