Default Anyone running the i-series zapco amps?

Looking at maybe moving to an i-series 4 channel to run my ladyfriend's CDT HD Carbon fiber comps and a JL 12w1v2 (sealeD). The smaller the footprint the better. I'm thinking the i-450.4 (I think it's 75x4). Would you guys recommend this one, or something more powerful? I'm looking to keep a small footprint (it's going in an s2000). Thanks for the help.

from a "affordable" stand point, the iForce stuff is really nice. I personally like more power though, headroom is a good thing. If space is tight maybe the Alpine PDX ams are the way to go for you though. Heck I believe they are making a 5 channel now as well, go active on the whole works in a TINY footprint with it.

Team Zapco, Image Dynamics, Second Skin, Xstatic BatCap, Monster Cable, the best of the best.

I actually prefer the sound of the CDT's using the passives, but the PDX's look good. I know they're very small. Aren't they class D or T though? I'm an a/b guy myself.

if i were getting an i-series, i'd go with the 4100.

the pdx is incredible for the power output. you can get a 4.150, and the footprint is 12 x 10.

I'm hearing about heat issues, which make me nervous because it's a black car with a sealed trunk that tends to get hot (s2000). Any experience with heat problems?

heat issues with the pdx? they're class d, so will theoretically have less heat than an a/b amp. just wire up some fans if you're worried about it.

Need a place to pull the cool air from though, and a place to push the warm air
