floor gutted-Rear
in case someone wanted to see what the dodge rear compartment looked like without all the carpet
those two cubby holes were a PAIN to mat and ensulite I tell ya lol
and all you dodge owners the 2006 is waaaay quiter than earlier models, that yellow stuff is expanding foam on all the metal seams includuing the doors--think they stole the idea from ford lol

floor gutted Front
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v693/newtitan/IMG_5501Large.jpg
AND quick side NOTE
all you 2006 folks looking to make a center console or buy a "hotbox:
you have to move that black box above (its an airbag control harness) either forward or to the side, so it sits under the seats--pull the plastic cover off, and there are 4 nuts that hold it down
do it while the carpet is off lol, and also wire your sub wire to this location (stock hole in the carpet) makes life easier in the long run
first layer of Raamat BXT (ended up with three)--used a total of 4 rolls on floor and doors
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v693/newtitan/IMG_5503Large.jpg
front of truck (bad lighting lol)
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v693/newtitan/IMG_5504Large.jpg
this was all covered with ensulite--but i was RUSHING ran out of sunlight, and the fam wanting to go to the baseball game --the dont see the importance of all of this of course--till they ride in it lol
I finished the front midbass (830491's) and Ill pull the doors if someone wants to see it, all covered in ensolite also
rear doors (aura mr652) are in also, have to mat one more door--Ill post these pics on sunday
heres a internal shot of a Eclipse XA4000 class D 4 ch.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v693/newtitan/IMG_5558.jpg
I have two of them. 5-1/4 polk sr5250 components up front (temp till the diyma 3" comes out), and rear fill on the one 4 ch, the second 4 ch will be bridged to the midbass drivers (xls 8's) and one sub amp too all fed through the h701
one thing I just noticed about the XA4000, while you can bandpass on all 4 channels, no filter pass switch--darn.
if someone wants a scan of the manual I can post that too
got the sub amp 2005 Autotek MM4000.1D (post maxxsonics buy out uuuugh, hope it sounds at least decent
http://ampguts.realmofexcursion.com/Autotek_MM4000.1D/inside1.jpg
jacked an internal shot from amp guts *since he has like 4 of my amps up lol
and this thing has 40 allens to take the cover off, waaaay too much power, but it was cheap so im using it regardless lol
900x2 @ 4 ohm stereo, 4000x1 @ 2ohm, think im running it 4 ohm stereo lol
my box is still a frame, but a few dodge folks have asked me to post so heres the buildup pics well sort of
THX TO DECAHEMI (ClinesSelect here at DIYMA) from dodgetruckworld for the design--dude is AWESOME!!
BEAR WITH ME as I am nooooo carpenter I tell ya
heres the top, the front (carpet) has been chopped and tapered --needs glass obvioulsy lol. decided to taper it to mate the shape of the front seats, and two holes were cutout to allow for more pole vent breathing room at the bottom of the woofer, these will be glassed also.
the angle matches the angle of the top part of the center console in the dodge trucks. I SUCK at wood cutting so I had to do some sanding to get it right--needs some more I KNOW lol
im trying epoxy resin this time , more expensive, but I cant STAND the smell of polysester resin uuugh
gotta roundover the edges (never done that so im taking my time lol, and fill the screw holes too
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v693/newtitan/IMG_5569Large.jpg
this is the bottom, the two 12's are recessed, and this will mount to the stock seat brackets (havent mounted the post yet)
