3. Will be used to A/B audition and replace Image Dynamics NX30 tweeters, along side Peerless 850467 6 1/2" mids, and an Image Dynamics IDQ12 subwoofer free-air. The amps are the stock Cadillac CTS-V amps, which provide a surprisingly dynamic soundstage, a great image, and high output level with this setup. The tweets are installed in the A-pillars. Mids are in the doors which are fully sealed and deadened. Woofer is in the rear deck, which is reinforced and deadened.

2) Sure. No problem tossing them in and giving them a good shakedown and thorough review. I will not sugar coat what it can and can't do. If it's junk or has any major faults, I will say so. I'm not sure about the selling though. If I don't like them or I don't have much use for them, I'd send them off to someone else. I won't sell for profit, just pay shipping, but they'd go to someone else if I have no use or back to you if hat's what you prefer.

3) Ural Concert CDD HU, two Cadence Z4000 amps, paired to Alpine's Type-X Ref woofers, run active with all necessary processing. If they're as detailed as they are said to be, they should fit well with the woofer.

I will be posting my review on Sunday. Testing them against CDT DRT-25, XT19 Alpine Derivative and sound board at buddies shop. Waiting for my Hertz stuff to arrive in the mail. So that will be an added on review.

My car is ready to go for testing Saturday and Sunday morning. Also have 4 extra pairs of ears lined up to give their impressions of them.

I realize the rules say they can not be sold however I would be willing to submit a review in not just my car but also in Hillbillys truck. I would also be willing to pay for shipping and time. If the guys at TBI see this and want to give a forum vet a go please shot me a pm. I have the pioneer 880 for processing and DD (m1A & S4)amplifiers all the way around. I also know the owner to a high end shop( mainly for his installs and fabrication skills) that may also be interested in hearing the set.
