ike has some pretty decent deals on us amps top of the line amps.

i think power wise its a good choice for a 4 way active system. 500 x 1 @ 1 ohm + 75 x 4 and then 180 x 2 for the 4300. the 5600 stereo channels cannot be bridged so you must use those for midrange/tweet. you would probably need a d2 sub to get the max out of the amp. but the sub channel i believe is class de, which is very efficient. i've actually been looking at these for a while and ike keeps dropping the prices on these. maybe you can get a bit greedier and wait for them to drop it even more ;).
