The links didn't work properly when I cut and pasted, and I don't want to rewrite the whole thing. All the good deals are linked on my website.

They have the Kenwood 25th Anniversary component set on sale for $200 ($800 off) and some MB Quart sets with about $500 off. Lots of good home audio stuff as well.

Got it and replied.

A friend ordered a set of the Kenwood 25th components, so I am dying to get to demo them. They look VERY nice for $200 shipped, and fully authorized with a warranty on top of that.

Yeah, 1,000 junior frosty's is a lot for a Kenwood component set. What would you compare them to as far as how they sound? Also, how is that Titanium tweeter?

I've been eyeing those floor standing Infinity Primus 250 speakers as well. They look damn nice for $250 a pair shipped. If only they had a nice wood finish rather than the black it would have been a done deal.

you could always put wood veneer over the black finish and make it look better.

the tweeters were the downfall of the set for me. the mids are actually a decent mid VERY large though over 3" deep and have a very large frame to them. the tweeters justs didnt seem to like being played very loudly and they could def get harsh easily without the right setting on the deck or procc.. overall not at all a "bad set" just def 150% not worth the 1200 or 1000 retail or whatever it was ....
