does the dsp6 come with symbilink adapters?

As of right now i have not put my hands on the adapters.. So the sale will be without. If i find them i will throw them in. The adapters would be the very simple short cable type.

So what does the DSP6 come with? Manual, CD, cables?

The DSP6 has no RCA-SL adapters with it. Computer cable will be included.

I can email the software, there was not a CD or Manual with it to start.
