The cork is pulling away on the JL, strictly cosmetic. The PRS-X220 is missing one screw on the speaker outputs, and the power terminal is cracked. The amp birthsheet in the pics is to give you an idea of true power output, not mine and does not come with amp. Videos of the amp being tested:
