Condition of all items:
All used. Flip out is in great shape, and just got it back from Alpine service. It had light horizontal bars that would scroll up the monitor sometimes. It wasn't even that noticeable, but since I knew I would be selling it I wanted to get it to tip top. I don't have the box or manual, and thought I had the trim ring but can't seem to find it now. Everything else will be included.
The H701 is a little beat up. Nothing major, but quite a few scratches. Includes power harness, AI-Net cable, box, and manual.
The N852A nav has the disc, power harness, and "nav" cable. I don't have the antenna.
The 350BT bluetooth module is in good shape, and includes the power harness, Full Speed cable, and mic.

The cheapest I found on Google Shopping is over $700 shipped (and the highest is almost $900 shipped) for the IVA-D106 alone. The H701 processor usually sells for $300+ here used. I know the nav isn't worth much at all, and honestly you're just getting it for free. The BT modules usually pull ~$100.
I want $800 shipped and insured for all of it.
