Thanks for the heads up, but one mid has a tear in the surround, and the screws are stripped out for the speaker terminals, I was hoping for something a little better.

The tear is very small and doesnt affect performance....and I will drill out the strip screw .....all you will need is new hardware.....

Is it a hole through the surround, or just a mark? Couldn't tell from your photos. Thanks.

it is a tear...but very small one....could easily be patched

Good deal, thanks. The speaker terminal blocks that would have to be retapped, are they plastic? Not sure if you would be able to retap them properly? I hope you can see where I mean by this photo:

Im gonna try to drill it out without tapping it...if I have to I have the tools tap it.......

is this like a 3rd revision? the origonal XXX's were made with rear earth engines.
