Guys please be patient with me, my computer is dead and I only have limited internet access at the moment. I am not trying to blow anyone off...I can only get online once or twice a day for only a few minutes right now.
I don't know either...a stock MX5000 sold for $500 more than what I am asking in 45 minutes. Maybe I should have raised the price of mine up closer to what it would cost for a DCT-1 and then the mods seperate.
I did have a question on the display...the flash in pictures (and the extreme close up) make it look a lot worse than what it is. Any plastic display will have normal wear like that is pictured.
Everytime I look at it.. I want to hit it with compressed air and clean it.. better pics might help you. Ive seen one in person.. its an impressive deck.
Or maybe a P9 combo plus cash...though I would rather have a black face deck.

As far as the offers and PMing me with my lowest price I would take, if you aren't thinking four decimal places to the left of the decimal...then don't bother. I'm not going to take half of what I am asking for it. I will fix the toslink transmitter, take it out of the car for different pictures, and sell it on eBay as stock before I let it go for that. You aren't going to get a $3000+ deck for $6-800.

What buyers need to do first is ask themselves, "Is this a fair price that the seller is asking?" Then they need to ask themselves "Can I afford the fair price?"
Those 2 questions should be enough to determine if you should be PMing offers.
Nothing more frustrating than dealing with rediculous lowball offers.
Good luck with your sale on a fantastic unit at a very fair price. Good deals like this always sell, it just takes time to find the right buyer.
