I'm not entirely sure what its going to cost, but I'll basically go with the lowest reputable bid.

i did google the fix and to be honest, i've never had an opportunity to learn to solder, and its worth it to me to know its done right.
The head units, mostly the 880 are expensive enough that I really can't hardly afford to smoke something because i'm totally unexperienced.
