Default FS: Twister F4-380 & F2-500 (lots of pics)

Product Brand & Model:
AudioSystem Twister F4-380 Series III & AudioSystem Twister F2-500 Series III

Condition of all items:
Both items are in perfect working order. Both units are not cosmetically perfect, but for their age they're in really good condition. The stainless finish tends to pick up some cloudiness that could probably be cleaned off with proper method. The F4 has a small, barely noticeable scratch. The F2 has a little scuffing on the black portion by the fan. Both can be seen in the pictures I've included. Both include original boxes and manuals.

Total Price: :
$250 each shipped

Shipping Terms: :
Ships within 2 days of payment.

Pictures: - Unless you are a Upgraded member, or your last 10 iTrader feedbacks are positive, you must post a picture of the exact item you are selling.
F2

F4

Additional info:
I'm only selling these because I decided to try something different. Both amps are amazing.

Nice 3-way front stage here. Add the F2-300 I have bridged (780 X 1 @ 2ohm) and you have all Twister power for your ride. Great amps.

I noticed in the pic of the F2 there's separate HP/LP switches. Does this run in bandpass? Assuming the F4 doesnt (?).

If I knew this was around a little over a week ago, I would have grabbed the 4 channel for you as I seemingly fried my F4/380 with a DMM. I have a Mosconi One 120.4 on the way as a replacement. I would like to get mine fixed and maybe upgraded in the process but have no idea as to who can or where to send it.

PM returned. Can anyone confirm the bandpass question? I'm a long way from being an expert, and I don't want to give out bad information.

I am 99% sure the answer is no. HI pass or low pass only. This is how mine was and it sure looks like this one is identical outside of the way nicer power connection block (the 'upgrade I would like to implement most on my Twister if I get repaired).

Sorry didn't realize that question was geared toward the 2 channel. That one actually looks like it does allow bandpass by looking at it. BUT... the high pass only goes to 50 Hz so I would say it is more geared toward a normal low pass and a subsonic filter. Now, if you want your midbass to high pass as low as 50 Hz (likely 12 db) then you probably can use it like that in a bandpass.

Thanks guys. So it can do bandpass but is designed for sub/midbass. Still, really nice looking amps. Unfortunately the footprint on the F4 is too big for my needs since I need them to go under the passenger seat.

Anyway, GLWS!

ok, I am only saying this to help move the remaining amp but yes I am using the amp pictured here. he sold it to me luckily while all you guys were sleeping on a great deal.

if I could have used the other amp I would have bought both. hell I should have bought both and sold the big 2 channel.

I like this amp. actually never used any of the twisters I had before. I should have.
