I have big plans for new D class amplifiers, new tubers, my own DSP with autotune, etc.etc. Point being buy my power supplies your contribution to this project is greatly appreciated.

temperature triggered cooling instead of load triggered.
Meaning that until PSU get hot fan will not spin and then gradually increase speed keeping it as quiet as possible, usually at that point music is too loud to be concerned about single fan noise.

I wanted to give an update on something I discovered. So the Power Supply if it's hooked up to the DC 12v Battery Full time and doesn't have AC power supplied to it there is a small amount of current it constantly draws from the battery. About 60mA on the one I have and the little green light stays on. While that doesn't sound like much it was enough to cause me some issues if the vehicle sits and isn't used for a while. Easy solution though, I'm putting a switch on the power supplies + wire so it will only be connected to the battery when I am using the power supply. Wanted to give it as a FYI type thing for people if you leave it connected up and don't use your car much you might have an issue.

You can kill that green led if you`d like to stop sucking juice out of battery.

Make sure your switch can handle the current that it will be flowing once in use. 30amps can easily damage any small switch that is inline with B+.

Yeah, was thinking of using a Bosch 30A relay and then wire up a small switch somewhere type thing. I just unhooked it for now since I'm not needing it currently but thanks for the tip.
