Keep ur eye on crutchfield. I bought the alpine one of there a few weeks ago... They appeared in stock out of nowhere, and may do so again.

I've found a place to get one, but I'm just wondering if anyone here has one they're looking to get rid of for a bit cheaper than I can buy online.

is there any reason to use the alpine/panasonic one compared to any Optical? (they can be bought on monoprice for under 10 bucks)

special connector on one end. believe it's a panasonic design. was told alpine essentially contacted panasonic about this cable, so they are the same.

I was in the process of installing a bit one to my pioneer dex-p90 unit, and got a cable made by a pioneer specialist specifically for this purpose.
This was never completed so i don't have any need for it anymore.

It has the toslink in one end and has the connection that pioneer uses on their dex units and that alpine uses on the w505.

It is 3.5 meters long. Interested?

Can take some pictures if you want
