WTB: JL 500/5 amp or similar

As the title states, looking for a jl 500/5 amp in new or excellent used condition. Please state age/how used, cosmetic condition, and whether it's ever been repaired, purchased authorized, etc.

I might be interested in other 5/6 channel small amps that can be run in tri-amped active mode, with full featured crossovers and bandpass capability on the mids. I'm trying to fit this under a seat, so the length can't exceed 20" and the height can't exceed 2.5". I have a line on a Genesis Profile 5, but I'm thinking I want more more power on the mids and subs.

The last picture is the only blemish I can find on the amp. This was used for 4 months to alpine Type X SPC17-Pro in front, jl TR570 in rear, and an 8w7 in center console. Bought and installed authorized at Woody's Car Audio in Ft. Worth, TX (great shop, I know the guys there and they know what's up). Never abused, great shape, no box or manual though. Let me know!!!
