FS: JBL Control 23 indoor/outdoor speakers

I have two pairs of JBL Control 23 indoor/outdoor speakers. These can be used as background/foreground/surround speakers. These are great sounding speakers. I have a couple pairs of these inside and outside my house. They have amazing output for their size. These two pairs were leftovers. I tested them and they work perfectly. One pair has some scuffs and scratched paint on the grills, but this would not affect the sound, or course. The other pair looks like new. Pair $130 plus shipping.

Sooooo... indoor/outdoor... does that mean they can be left outdoors all the time? Like rain or shine? I may want a pair for my neighbor's patio. I'd need to find an amp we can use to drive 'em, but it's an idea.
