sound damping or acoustic foam for door application question

I want to make donut shaped acoustic foam pieces that i can place around my 6.5" so that it closes the gap between the speaker and the door panel. my speakers are mounted on rings mounted to the metal part of the door. when the door panel goes back on, there is a small gap between the panel and the edges of the speaker mount. i'm having a hard time finding an acoustic foam big enough that i can cut and place over the speaker mount.

also looking for something with good anti-moisture characteristics so that it doesn't ruin when it's humid or rains.

any suggestions ?

Can't speak to the acoustic properties, but it's designed to seal a/c window units. Water shouldn't be a problem.
