New Posts - How not to loose them all if you visit one page?

Hi, I like to use the new posts link to see whats up on the forum. The issue I'm running into is if I visit the forum from a link or saved page, that resets the last visit time. So if I don't make it on for a couple days, then get an update email and click it, boom the previous two days of messages are no longer available via the New Posts link I have bookmarked.

Any forum guru's have an idea on how I can make this stop?

Probably the only way would he to not have the "remember me" checked for auto login. That way your last visit isn't reset. Of course as soon as you login to reply or whatever, poof.

Just go to advanced search and click search without filling out any of the info.

Yeah that doesn't work. lol. Was on my phone.

Under "QuickLinks" there is a button for "Today's posts". That should do it.

Yes that works for todays, but no help if I have not been on a for a few days.
