Can't Post To any Threads.

To whom it may concern:

This message does not apply to me. I'm sending this thread for fellow forum member Jeff Smith. He told me a while back that he could not make any post or reply to any threads. He said that he continues to receive emails concerning what's going on and the latest promotions, but he can't reply to anything. I told him that I would start a thread in hopes that he could get his account updated.

It's because both of you signed in from the same computer. When that happens it locks users out because the system treats it as if it were a spammer type situation and goes in to defense mode. Happens to a lot of folks who share a computer (i see Ally and Grayson's names pop up with this alert a good bit) or even at GTGs when people log in using the hosts computer.

I can't do anything about it but hopefully Ant will.

Ant, I posted a reply to the dual name thread this issue popped up in last month. So, you should be able to find that and hopefully fix their issue.

Larry, check the AE trip detector. Jeff's name just popped up again. Not sure if you guys can set up a condition to not set this off when he and Demetrius post from the same IP. I can vouch for them being different dudes. Lol.

And totally OT, but Larry, I got your voice mail last month when you called and honestly forgot to call you back. Feel free to call me again if you still need some help.
