are they all the same ? i don't know, but i doubt it. i was in same dilema as you awhile back. i just went ahead and went with a known reputable brand...stinger. it seems that very few use circuit breakers though. most common reason: if/when they fail, they fail in the closed position. if a fuse fails, it fails open which is more safe. personally, i like having the ability to pop hood and push button to dis-connect all power. unlike most fuses where you have to pop off a cover then use a tool to dis connect. its just easier... my $0.02

Check out the breakers at Del City. Excellent company. Just make sure u get one that matches your fuse ratings. www.delcity.net Might need to pickup a few other things, cuz theres a 25 dollar minimum order.

I saw the PE and the Stinger version. Is 90 amps PE version adequate for a small civic electrical requirement? I was looking at 150a w/ the stinger. Of course, the audio is on its own direct connect w/ fuse.

all depends on the power draw of your amps and anything else you are connecting to that breaker. just like a house breaker. you have to figure out your total draw before commiting to a breaker.
