Default Looking for hertz dealer locator

Looking at the hertz website they don't even have contact info. Does anyone know of an elettromedia website that has a hertz dealer locator?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks Jon, Jowens, and MarkyMark. I'll have to shoot MarkyMark a pm about the Hertz components that probably havn't even broken in yet...I prefer buying used speakers anyway for that reason.

I'll keep you in mind and see who can give me the best deal (the shop Jon speaks of doesn't like to come down any on price from what he's told me). If I don't like my DIYMA or just want matching gear I'll most likely do a high energy sub. A couple of the hertz amps might be cool as well unless there's a reason not to consider them.

Here is one reason, they cost the same as Audison LRx amps do.

Are they just rebadged LRx amps? As long as my xenon amps are running good I can't justify not using them so at least I have restraint there.

I don't think so. They don't make anywhere near the same amount of power. That's why I went with a LRx 5.1k instead of the HP5.

Oh wow. VERY few amps are on my list as worthy replacements for the amps I'm running now. Here's the short list...

Zuki
Audison (only because they have several staggered designs)
Zed

Yeah that's short alright.

My list is pretty short too. Although being in this industry, I have used just about every brand of equipment at one point in time and there are only a few I would actually spend my money on.

The zapco ref amps would be on the list if the 1000.4 wasn't so long. Sure it would fit but the center console box would have to scoot forward a few inches for that to happen. Why not dc you ask? To me for a daily system tuning with a laptop is a little overkill. I don't even own a laptop and believe it or not have never even owned a dvd player for the homeSingle unit in the dash is all I'll ever need.

I like Zapco, but the size is a limiting factor. We have 5 or 6 of them at the shop for Brian's Prelude and they take up a whole shelf in the stock room.

My amprack was built to handle some large amps but something like 19" long is the limit. The rack also best fits amps with all connections on the bottom. Would still like to at some point rebuild so the amps can lay flat so I can get most of my usable space behind the seats back.

I'd have to agree, but picking up a phone isn't THAT difficult, especially if you're serious about buying some high-dollar equipment like Audison and Hertz. Given the amount of unauthorized e-shit that manufacturers and retailers face these days, I almost can't blame them for asking a potential customer to give in a tiny bit more effort. It kinda weeds out the guys who are there to dick around and dream.

THANKS DAWGDAN!

When you have a speech impediment sometimes picking up the phone is harder to doThis thread was to find a local dealer so I could talk to someone face to face. Luckally I have a couple connections now and am buying a used high energy set off a VERY well respected member.

I'll consider them just to be somewhat unique. Until then the minty fresh xenons will stay. And I'll def hang on to them.

I just emailed them yesterday, turns out there was a dealer next door to my work. Went in and put in a order for the new HSK165's. They showed me the mille set and damn, if I was making $100,000 a year I would definately buy a set. The crossover is bigger than most small amps.
