Wow.
This product is awesome.. Took us 2 years of sourcing to get it right. Basically it is 12/1000" thick foil Organic fiber webbing high temp adhesive total it is about 1/4 inch thick When applied on the engine side of the firewall or above the exhaust on the underside of the car, all it needs is about 2 inches or air space and it will turn 1200 degrees in to 350 degrees It will turn 300 degrees in to 85 degrees. This stuff aint no joke! Expect to see it in 8-12 weeks. ANT |

This stuff sounds like exactly what I'm looking for. My headers put out a TON of heat. Does this sound-deaden as well, or can I put it over a layer of sound deadening to protect it from heat?

This product should help reduce airborne noise (some) but Not a ton. It is going to be pretty light weight so there will not be very much mass to it. We still have testing to do, but if all goes well, I could see applying it on top of a layer of Damplifier Pro with little issue. The interior side of the firewall could then get a bit of Damplifier Pro followed by some luxury Liner Pro. Again, we have testing to do. We shall see! ANT |

I actually look forward to seeing this come to fruition. Living in Alabama and driving a black car isn't very cool.
![]() Worst part is I park in direct sunlight at work. I've been trying to think of ways to help tame some of this heat in the car, and it seems you guys are well on your way to helping me solve the problem. |

If it ain't broke, I fix it.

Wow, awesome. I would LOVE to do my entire firewall in it. My motor swap puts a TON of heat into the firewall area and makes my car rather uncomfortable in the summer.

Ant,
Do you have an idea of how much more effective this data makes it than Heat Wave? This makes me wonder about modifying the order I will soon place with you... if it weren't for the 8-12 week waiting period. |

Heat Wave Pro is great for inside the car, under the carpet, on the ceiling when trying to ad some light weight insualtion. Awesome infact, but I would say it is not something I can calculate. From the thermal standpoint, this product will destroy Heat Wave Pro in every measurable aspect with the exception of price. This product is so far above everything else out there, it is hard to keep my dick out of my hand when I think about it. It is that good! ANT (yeah, I said it) |
