Default pioneer app radio and amps

i bought a pioneer app radio the other day and like it alot since i use my iphone more than cds or anything... only think is it only has one set of rcas, for now im going to run my front components off it but not sure what the best way to go is when i add a sub amp? i have heard use Y splitters and run one amp to the other then to the deck. ive never done anything like this, i have always had 3 rcas on the deck. please explain to me whats the best way to hook it up is, maybe its a stupid question??

Some amps have a set of RCA outputs, so you can daisy-chain them.

If not you can get Y splitters which will turn one set of RCAs into two - then you can Wire to both amps.

Radio-----Amp 1 Input
Amp 1 Output-----Amp 2 Input
So Forth.

That's one of the things that turned me away from the App Radio. A guy at a local shop was trying to sell me one pretty cheap but There's no way I could deal with one set of RCAs. It seems that most A/V HUs these days aren't tailored to the audiophile.

As long as the amp has a true pass-thru then it shouldn't really matter. I would put the better of the two amps in front as it will have better internal electronics.

I got the Pioneer FH-P8000BT. CD player, bluetooth, iPod. I don't need to watch TV while I drive so I went for function over form. It's a pretty simple radio but it does exactly what I want it to.

Ya I dont need tv or DVD either.. Just because it's pretty much made for iPhone, and I use mine every day. Just think they coulda added some more features to it. But if I took it back I don't know another one that has good iPod navigation and bluetooth calling for the price of the app radio.

See Above Post. The 8000BT is Bluetooth and iPod capable. Even comes with everything you need unlike some radios that need separate pieces.

I've heard nothing but bad things about the App Radio. A local shop was dropped their price $150 in about four minutes of me checking it out just out of curiosity. The salesman said they bought ten and have only sold one and it came back. It's a great idea but I don't really see the need to play Angry Birds while driving.
