Quick question about filling 90 degree angles before kitty hair...
I used a 2 part epoxy to fasten a piece of MDF on a fiberglass sub enclosure I made for my trunk. I want to add a few layers of glass to the inside of the mdf to bond it to the enclosure, but it's at a 90 degree angle to the fiberglass. I ran out of bondo, but I have kitty hair. I also have plenty of poly resin. Could I fashion some type of filler out of kitty hair and a little resin to thin it up to make the sharp angle more gradual before laying glass on top? I'm just worried about air gaps and it possibly cracking later be filling it all straight with kitty hair. I would normally put a small bead of bondo in first to take care of the angle.
