RF p1-1x12 SQ any good?

Hi Diy,

My 1st post so Ill get right to the point.
I had a gift card worth $100 siitting in my wallet since xmas. (pleasant surprise).

Ok, so i saw the Rockford Fosgate punch P1 1x12 250W RMS / 500 peak loaded enclosure on sale for $99 plus shipping and jumped on it despite the fact that I was only able to find 1 review on the product. I couldnt even find it on youtube.

Based upon my system choices I am concerned mainly about SQ, build quality and mainly the sub being a good match to the rest of the system.

Can any one recommend this sub? I know there are others out there around this price point but returning it is not an option.

I was looking for a sub to compliment my car setup below.

My car is an 2dr 01 VW GTI VR6 hatch with stock Monsoon system.

AMP: I have a Cadence Acoustics amp class A/B F100-5 (5ch) 100w x4 / @4ohm 300w x 1 @4 ohm (sub). $225 shipped.

Headunit is Pioneer DEH-80PRS (on it's way from Crutchfield $349 incl ship) 3 way active xrossover network here I come!

Speakers:
2 sets of Polk Audio DB6501s 6.5 front and rear comps ($218 Amazon) on the way.
