I'm looking for a solution to my noise issue. I recently had the Arc XXD 5080 installed with a Kenwood X794. There was some intial alt whine but the installer was able to correct that. When I left the shop it was awesome but I'm now detecting a constant high-pitched noise in the speakers after I run the system for an hour or so.The noise is present when I listen to the radio or other source at low levels or when the sound is turned to 0. It doesn't vary with engine speed and it does go away if I leave the system off for a while (like half an hour) but does return when I crank it back up. Could the amp being hot cause this noise? or the Kenwood head unit?
I would really appreciate your thoughts as other than this issue I absolutely love my new install which includes the HAT Clarus line.
