I talked to them, their service department sucks balls by the way..., and I was told it was about to go out but they stopped it.

seemed like pretty crappy service for such a big company. 7 days later and it was "about to get shipped out"


anyhow. I only cancelled cause my amps would work better at 2 ohms not 4 and wont do 1 ohm.

def. may look into a 1024 instead.

Yeah....I have a P1000.1 on my way so I am going to hunt down a second one and do a pair sealed.
That service blows and is completely unacceptable! I had no problems...got it in a few days. Wish I got two though...didnt realize they were going to be gone that quick?

So I did call and I have to agree that the CS and phone system is garage. They told me 4 to 5 days and I would have it but they could not tell me when or if it shipped or any tracking information.

I believe I was the last to try to purchase, that was over the weekend. No clue why it is still up, but you wont get any if you try to order.

When I called Monday they said the order would be cancelled, and my credit would appear that day or next.

And the cancellation would appear on the account stats.

Well as of now..no credit , the sub still says processing and there is not tracking.

They have the most pathetic website and customer service.

I am almost tempted to never use them again.

For such a big outfit its a joke.

I have bought from them mostly on eBay. No issues. Home receivers and speakers.

I am just surprised to call and talks to a guy that sounds like he just crawled out of bed ...in India

So I just got an email that the thing finally shipped. When I called Monday they told me it should be here today but I should of know better. I know I will never buy from them again.

I am still waiting on my refund from them.

I ordered and it took a full week for them to charge me. at the time I didnt realize that until I went looking for my refund.

Now 4 days later I still havnt been credited.

I will still buy JBL product but not from them unless its crack head price.

The little difference of $25 saved by ordering direct was not at all worth the headache.

Another update, the tracking number I was emailed says the package was delivered at 2:30 and left at the front door. Its only 12:30 here oh yeah and I am in Phoenix AZ not Alabama where the package was delivered. So I called them yet again, they gave me another tracking number and told me I would be getting the package today. After I got off the phone I checked the tracking number and it is coming to AZ but not until Thursday. Really!?
