I actually bought one of these a few years back from HiFiSoundConnection for $70, but shipping was $25.
The sub is pretty accurate. Gets plenty loud with the recommended 250w RMS. More than enough output for my little Scion xA hatchback.
The enclosure is very well made and is approx. 1.35ft^3 sealed. Constructed from 3/4" MDF. The front grill is actually very nice polished chrome. The image of the enclosure shows the grill with the protective plastic covering still intact.
The automotive carpet on the enclosure is thick and durable. On my enclosure the carpet cuts are seamless and not visible like side image on the eBay listing.
$94 for a solid sub and a very nice enclosure is a pretty good deal, especially since shipping is free.
My Xtant A212S sub lives in my closet after a few months of use, but the enclosure is home to an Image Dynamics ID12V3-D4.
My measurements of the enclosure for those interested (thanks to Chris at eD for the CAD representation).
