box ok when i received it ,must of been some crush if the side was dented and the din cable not right ,

As stated before I would determine if in fact unit is inoperable. If so I would refund original shipping cost. If still operable I would just refund purchase price only. I opened box to find the unit not in the shape I sent it. The right side was dented in and the DIn cable was crushed. You are correct it is not operable after verification. It is a shame that shipping has destroyed such a timeless piece. I have refunded your total price of purchase plus original shipping. Was the box I sent you crushed in any way? Looks like we all lose in this situation. PLus we have learned a valuable lesson. I will never ship out of the country.

What web site do I use to track this? This package was supposedly sent on 4/5. It is now 5/22. Could you link me to the tracking web site? Royal Mail is not tracking this number. You said it was delivered to my address. Now it is back on its way. Just confused.
