Based on your drawing; you installed two relays that control the power window....is that correct? Using a two position switch; you feed ground to one relay coil and the window goes up, feed ground to the other relay coil and the window goes down....?

or

Did you install power switches into the door/doors that eliminate the need for external relays (frequently provided when you purchase a power window kit)? All power and ground circuits for the motors run through the switch.

Yes, each window I put a relay and ran them to the factory switches and factory motors I got from another truck.

This diagram circulates around the current switches feeding the relays ground and the relays doing all the work.
