Default Did anyone notice NY mayor call for nationwide strike of police force?

Mayor Bloomberg calls for police strike until public demands gun control - as arms sales rocket by FORTY per cent in Colorado | Mail Online

He being a crook himself obviously had no problem with that scenario but then he found out it was illegal so he "took it back"

Now if you think about the total chaos that would become if they actually called for something like that. How in the world is that man in charge of anyone if he is willing to do something that stupid.

Within minutes criminals would be stealing , murdering across the country.

And of course they would not be turning in their guns.

what a fucking jackass for a mayor. fucking thug is all he is .

sadly if he had not had a gun he would have found another way to terrorize people. i do wonder why a civilian has the right to body armor, seems like that would not be need in defending your home or for hunting purposes

im not willing to give up freedom for the illusion of safety

made me think of this:

The problem no one mentioned is that the 2nd amendment was written so that "we the people" could keep the government in check. At least that's my interpretation..

I know a pizza delivery person who wears a bullet proof vest. Know why? Because he has been shot before. As recently as a year ago, the plates in his vest saved him from being sucker punched in the kidney during a robbery attempt gone wrong.

2012 Subaru WRX - JL Audio C5-650s run active off a Lunar L450; Digital Designs 1508 powered by a Lunar L1500; Pioneer DEH-80PRS as the source unit.

The point of the amendment doesn't depend on the time period.

Michael "fat fuck" Moore and Bloomberg want all guns taken from the people except black powder single shot!

Just what is anyone going to do with that ? Might as well tell the us we have to use rocks and sticks to defend ourselves.

It's pretty obvious from the time it was written exactly what the purpose was.

They experienced a tyrannical government and went to war to have freedom. They were smart enough to know it would happen again so they wrote the bill of rights.

Dumbass Obama says it was for hunting.

Now just how many Obama voters are going to give up their guns ?

The black voters I dare to say will not . Maybe the law abiding but the rest will be no different than the rest of the criminals regardless of color.

The ATT treaty is designed to take all weapons from people not just military style.

Good question.

I think it was thought of back then that the people should have enough to make a enemy think twice.

Now there is a limit to what would be reasonable today. But if the enemy knows you have the ability to fight back with more than a rock they will hesitate unless of course they want to go Waco on everyone.

Martial law is coming. So is more mass murder. Whatever it takes to make people bow down.

I mean seriously, the mayor clearly was willing to shed blood in order to take your guns.

Apparently they want them for a reason and its not because of movie theatre tragedy

What's wrong with armor? It's not that expensive to get a plate carrier vest and some AR500 steel and be able to live (it would hurt like hell) through a direct .308 shot to the chest. There are instructions at ARFCOM on what to buy and how to do it.

Go ahead and ban it like everything else and people will find a way to get around it.

Very valid point! Another example of why banning things solve nothing.

seems to me that criminals that get caught have months or years of appeals, and often get off on a technicality.

if criminals were tried and PUNISHED within 2 days of their arrest, i believe less people would risk doing sh1t.

the punishment would be ugly and hard for them.

i dont think everyone carrying guns is the solution,

i think a legal system that is fast to act when a criminal is caught ad the punishment not being to lay (chill) in a cell for a while is.

how many teenagers would risk robbing a pizza guy if the punishment for being caught was a hard beating by 3 guys, every 4 days, for 6 months?

How many teenagers would rob a pizza place if they knew there was a very good chance of being shot in the face? Since the 1800's crime rate has gone up, but gun ownership has declined...what does that tell you?

the deal is this. if you allow people to have and carry then the bad guy has to wonder if the person he thinks he wants to commit a crime against is armed or not.

you take away that possible scenario then the criminal will do what they want and worry if they get caught later.

You honestly want to go with this idea that the punishment is the going to stop the crime?

it doesnt.

what about all the victims there will be if the guns are taken away from the law abiding people?

is that supposed to make anyone feel better knowing the criminal might get caught and do time right away?

if your a bully and you like to pick on people and know that a certain group of people will not fight back, what group do you think your going to attack if your a bully? the weakest.

your not going to go after the people that might kick your ass back.

same thing. you take away the danger of harm to the criminal and provide endless opportunity then your going to get much higher crime.

the idea of banning them from everyone is stupid and dangerous.

I am sure all the criminals would love to have guns banned.

lol...in the old west people would just shoot you dead if you committed a crime against them. and it worked pretty good like that. I am sure the number of people thinking of doing something stupid was much less.
