You don't mix it up with tuna, beans, lentils, pasta, etc? You can be eating the same amount of protein, carbs, calories, etc but mix it up with different meats and vegetables.
it's so much easier to stay consistant and on point...plus it's easier to grocery shop that way...I did the tuna thing for awhile and got burnt out on tuna...and also do a salad every night with chicken and full flavored dressing...I really enjoy the regiment and consistancy
