Ok, I get it, so they cut them to lengthen them, that doesn't mean they're not there, right? That tendon is what helps you walk, can you stand up on your tip toes? If so, they're still connected. They just cut them to allow them to lengthen some...

sorry to mislead you all, not that i think about it they cut them so they could grow back together while in a cast. it's hard for me to shift gears on a 4-wheeler, hard to have adequate control of a trolling motor, and there's other things i can't do that requires extensive foot control. also can't run.

i also never ran a fever when i had pneumonia back when i was like 7. my mom had been a competant rn for several years by that time so she knew what she was doing and was surprized right along with my doctor about the lack of fever.

never had an std either...except the 8 month old one crawling around my house.
when i was a kid, i got hit in the head by a big rock. i have a scar and a dent in my noggin to prove it. the unique thing is i didn't have stitches. the doctor was from overseas, and braided my hair together tight enough to let the wound heal.
