Default what are some good "beard" based Halloween costume ideas?

i need some good ideas for Halloween. I have a nice full beard that i have been growing for about 2 months and i was going to be Hugh Jackman as wolverine, but i was wondering if anyone has some other good ideas that would work well. Last year i was Alex from "A clockwork orange", and the year before that i was Duffman. I want to be something that will compete with or top those costumes so i want to hear some others ideas.

I was the Brawny Man a few years back... that got the chicks hot.
I was a bearded big baby last year with a sippie cup full of Crown... and a big fat stogie!
This year I'm gunna be a Viking with the horned helmet and a big battle hammer I bought at the costume store.

i like the zig-zag man idea. My beard is really full, but not super long, maybe 1.5". It is a lot like Richard Karns beard from home improvement. I think that is who i will go as, him or maybe bob vila. DIY all the way!

Dirty old homeless bum.... you can spill cheap booze on yourself, puke on yourself, or even piss and shit on yourself and it all still goes with the costume!

Or, you could powder it and go as Poppa Smurf.
