Hang out with more strippers Or work as a doorman/crowd control for a stripclub. You get to hang with the dancers, flirt a little, maybe feel em up a bit to get them feelin dirty and sexy before their show... it's kinda stressful, but quite enjoyable
Eventually you'll find that you go to parties where there are a lot more women than men, and they're all hot, and that's a-ok.

I think most fake tits are around $3-8,000 (each). The cheapos are the really hard, nasty ones that feel like a suet ball in bag of fat. Moving up the scale you get the cheeseball tits that aren't too bad, but are just too firm.
Get into the $10-15k per tit range and they start getting real nice. Upwards of that, and they're pretty much indistinguishable from real.

As for the how, well, tits are a commodity item just like any other. The better they are and quicker you want them, the more it'll cost although it still runs on the triangle of money.
Quicker, better, cheaper - Pick two cause you don't get all three.

And that, is most of what I know about fake tits and the economy of such.

There are a couple other methods, mostly involving spending a huge amount of money at a quiet local club, lots of table/private dances.
Maybe ask if the owner/manager is in and offer to buy him a drink, shoot the breeze for a while.

Honestly, working at the club is cheaper and easier, it can actually be quite profitable if you don't spend your time off there out of uniform. I wasn't making great money hourly when I worked the door, probably only $12-15/hour, but I got tips and "cash bonuses" every once in a while. Of course, I declared ALL of them on my income tax, but in some areas, tips aren't taxed.
