I have given impact more than enough time to sort this out and from the very start new I had been ripped off but after months of promises he has chose to ignore my pms and hasn't been on this forum in a month!
Last year in October I bought an Arc KS500.1 from impact that was advertised as working perfectly.
I give him one thing it was delivered quickly to the UK but my three year old niece wraps Christmas presents beter than this was packaged.
On opening the package I found one of the tabs to bolt the amp down was badly bent and also that the two fuses in the amp were blown so pmd impact to tell him. He could not explain how the fuses were blown even said ut must have happened in transit? And assured me that the amp worked perfectly so I benched the amp with two new fuses and watched them blow about a second later. the Amp was then sent to Gordon@genesis for repair to the tune of roughly $135 dollars which impact agreed to reimburse the last pm I got telling me he would sort it out was just after Christmas.
It seems he's long gone from this forum now so hopefully he won't be ripping off anyone else!
I will tell you that Impact Auto Styling does not exist any more. At least not at that location. Also the other company Pure Soundworks is based out of his home. He does not have his own shop afaik.
I have no interest in calling him the guy is dishonest has ripped me off and has had his chance to sort it out and even said he would sort it out but months down the line hasn't done a thing to resolve the matter!
I'm simply posting feedback on my opinion of what sort of seller impact is so that hopefully knowone else will be ripped off by him as the guy is dishonest and has no morals!
I cannot stand a scammer.It seems its been a trend here on several forums within the last year.I do understand that enough communication on your end of try to resolve the situation, has come to an end, and no further need to contact the individual, as it will only end towards another lie, and escalate the discust, that has be emitted.I too have recently been scammed,and know the bs going through your mind,and the disrespect recieved by a scammist.I thank you for exposing this POS for all of us to take caution/and to not deal with.I am sorry for your loss man.I know the feeling.Thanks for letting us know man.

Well this came completely out of the blue and wasnt expected but yesterday impact contacted me and apologized and explained that he had been having a difficult time of things and today he came good on his promise and refunded me the cost of the repairs on the amp so I wish impact all the best with the future and although it took a little while he has been a man of his word and has sorted everything out.
I think this has been a lesson for both of us and we have both learned from it
I know these are difficult times and i said a few harsh words but Im glad it has all been sorted out amicably and hope after the hard times impact is getting back on his feet again and most importantly with his reputation intact!

Well played. From what I've read on forums, once it gets to the point that your situation did, it's rare for someone to make good and apologize. Kudos to Impact for stepping up and to OP for updating.
