I was going to start a new thread, but I think this fits here instead!
I bought a Denon DCT-A100 and DSV-1 (see below) from MACS. I couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction. Communication with Charles was prompt and detailed.
He shipped the product the same day I sent payment. The package arrived today and I was most impressed with his package job. The equipment was wrapped in bubble wrap pouches, then a layer of egg crate foam taped to the faces. The units were taped together to keep from banging around then set perfectly centered in a much over sized box to protect the contents from damage.
I can't wait to take delivery of my E28 M5 to put these guys to use!
I also was about to start a new thread about Charles in these times where is getting harder to find someone to trust, i can gladly say that Charles has been the best person to deal with, so many items to list and every single item was was exactly as he stated, but usually better way more better than you could expect
packaging is perfect to survive the international trip,
shipping time could not be better
and comunication is the best
