Before you do anything else take the baffles out!
At least cut the bottom half of the back off.
That will yield the best and most dramatic difference.

So your in network mode? If so go back to normal mode. Run the ms set off the front rcas and the p660's off the rear. set everything to through except the highpass on the front and rear.

No, The numbers don't mean anything really. As long as you have enough play in the volume for all the songs.
Your good.
The P-80 doesn't start to clip to 58-59 and thats just the sub.

Start with the lowpass at 80 as well.I would check all speaker leads at the mounting position. I've had the leads touch the metal on the door a couple times. Even with 1/2" and 3/4" baffles.

If so....Well 400 watts to a 1" voice coil will do some strange things.

You can't wire a dual 2 ohm coil to 2 ohms and still use both coils
Your choices are 1ohm or 4ohms if you use both coils.

Hells ha it would.The PPI does what 400 watts bridged? No way you need that going to MS set.
The 125x4 to both sets will run you out the car if set up right.
Start with the HP filter at 80 on both...
